  • 99.99% Network Uptime - In the event that Internet connectivity is unavailable for a cumulative period of up to one hour beyond the 99.99% minimum in any one calendar month, one full day's service credit will be awarded for each additional hour or portion thereof, of unavailability. The maximum credit in any calendar month will not exceed 100% of that month's recurring service fees. Of course, there will always be some occasional exceptions, like maintenance windows, but the Great Lake Systems network is rock-solid reliable.
